It will be your duty to learn about the recruitment needs of our hospital's patrons and to match them with qualified nurses in our network. Together with other recruiters, you will spread the word about our hospital customers' staffing needs to the nurses in our network, assisting in the recruitment and placement of qualified candidates. Your daily responsibilities will include initiating text, email, and notification campaigns to market hospital contracts to the nursing professionals with whom we have already partnered; following up with these professionals to confirm their experience; gathering their paperwork; and returning it to the hospital or other intermediaries for assessment. In order for the hospital and the nurse to make sure they are a good fit, you will assist them in setting up an orientation shift, if needed.
