We are seeking an excellent individual to join our support team and help customers with billing-related issues. During the customer onboarding process (from registration to going live), this role of the billing and domain service specialist is the main point of contact with the customer, clarifying, completing, or correcting information on the registration forms, communicating expectations and schedules to the customer, and ensuring that the onboarding process runs smoothly. The customer's degree of engagement during the onboarding process must be increased for the registration-to-go-live process to improve.
