A BENEFITS OPERATIONS ANALYST IS NEEDED FOR A FULLY REMOTE ROLE, WORK FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD

In order to support our health benefits offering for manufacturing firms who use our system, we are searching for a Benefits Operations Analyst. All operational facets of our medical benefits product, such as onboarding, offboarding, reporting, customer service, and third party referrals, will fall under your purview in this position. The ideal applicant will have the flexibility to update and modify procedures as the program develops. You feel at ease operating in a dynamic client-service setting and conversing with clients and other stakeholders both directly and across functional boundaries.
