FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER IN BERLIN | RELOCATE TO GERMANY WITH WORK VISA SPONSORSHIP

We are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will be a major contributor to establishing and running Finance and Accounting operations across our entities. You work closely with our Operations colleagues and cross-functional team members from People Operations, Business Development, Finance, Accounting and Engineering. You will also support the executive team by engaging in special, high-velocity projects that will range across all functional areas of the company, while making sure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Additional tasks might include setting up a DAO structure in combination with our Legal team, introducing new meeting- and project performance tracking standards, or negotiating contracts with outside vendors.
