We are seeking an experienced Joiner overseas with a proven work history in the industry to come to Australia to work on a 482-skilled Employer sponsor visa. This is the right opportunity for you!
Carry out all types of joinery works, ensuring the standard of works is to the highest quality
Main tasks will include the fitting of doors, frames, architrave, Skirting and window cill’s.
Machining, manufacture, fitting and glazing of replacement doors, windows, sashes.
Fitting, repair, and replacement of ironmongery such as locks, lock cylinders, digital locks, and solenoid locks, restrictors, hinges and other
Fitting, adjustment, repairs of overhead, transom, and floor door closures.
Repairs to ceilings, tiling, plaster, painting, upholstery, and blinds
Build great relationships with all colleagues, especially project and site managers
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company Health & Safety regulations
Other duties are needed
Minimum 3 to 5 years Joiner Experience
Meet 482 visa requirement.
Hard-working with can-do attitude
Ability to take direction and responsibility for end results
Experience of working competently in all disciplines normally expected of a qualified joiner
Experience of working in a customer service environment
Experience of maximizing the number of jobs completed and repairs in a single visit
Flexibility to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines
Good physical condition
Experience working on large commercial construction projects
