We are looking for a Customer Services Coordinator, who will help ensure our customers receive service above their expectations. In this role, you will function as a subject matter expert for our systems, goods, and infrastructure to provide prompt and efficient customer service. You gather customer input on flaws and enhancements, and you systematically deliver this feedback to our product- and development teams. You are constantly aligned with Sales and Project Management to keep track of all client interaction times and follow up as necessary. You know when to allocate a ticket to second-line support. Additionally, you will actively participate in the ongoing optimization of our operational procedures. You'll join a group that collaborates closely and values knowledge exchange. We’re looking for a Customer Services Coordinator who enjoys being the person our clients go to when in need of help. Someone who is resourceful in finding the right solution for each issue and question, and delivers that solution to the customer in a clear and professional way. Your work style can be described as both service-oriented and with a great eye for detail, you always accurately know what it is the customer wants and needs. Being both a great communicator and listener, you know when to ask critical questions and when to let the other do the talking. Combined with your technical insight, you have everything you need to make the right judgment call. You excel in this job because you are both flexible and stress-resistant, and know how to handle multiple priorities and deadlines at the same time.
an HBO (college) degree, with a background in customer service;
affinity with IT
professional fluency in English written and verbal; Dutch - nice to have;
affinity with the Electric Vehicle or the energy sector is a pre;
