As a Content Manager, you will generate, accommodate and execute creative content ideas. You will help to shape the marketing strategy and bring our content marketing strategy to live. You will be responsible for creating and distributing content that drives revenue and grows our Channels. Although this is a fully remote role, we are building a content studio in our office in Valencia, so you’re welcome to visit or relocate if you want.
You will be in full charge of one of few social Channels, including but not limited to TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, and Twitch, refining the company's tone of voice and adapting it to the channel needs.
Drive development and production of content pieces, taking the creative idea from paper to reality with maximum impact and attention to detail.
Participate in creative development of impactful and innovative campaigns, having in mind what the company represents, generating conversation around our content and reputational gain for our brand.
Elevate the creative output of our campaigns and content, working with the Creative Team to strive for inventive storytelling across our assets.
Participate in integration of broader creative content and brand initiatives and our strategic partners.
Develop solid relationships, collaborating closely with different stakeholders and cross-functional peers
Ability to fully produce the content: from conceptualizing, recording oneself both video and audio, editing and publishing with supporting assets (thumbnail, description, hashtags).
You have a strong creative point of view and are able to develop ideas to different media formats and audiences to solve business problems and engage consumers.
You’re a creative and storyteller at heart, with an incredible eye for great ideas and compelling campaign dynamics, with a finger on the pulse of culture.
Good understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Twitch and other internet content platforms.
You're an effective communicator in English, both verbally and in writing.
Good time management and prioritization skills in order to handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines.
You’re passionate about Entertainment, Gaming, Internet culture, Technology, Arts, and Advertising.
Experience creating more inclusive spaces in advertising, fostering diversity within your primary network of partners, agencies, productions companies, etc.
Proven experience supporting or driving creative strategy.
