Our client is an established full-service property maintenance specialist working with Adelaide businesses for more than 30 years. Their core focus is property maintenance, commercial fit-outs and construction management and they are looking for carpenters help grow their business. 482 Visa Sponsorship Available.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements
Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
Cut, fabricate, and install wooden and other structures according to specifications
Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
Lay out floorings, roofing, or drywalls ensuring they are levelled, and compatible
Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items and install them where designated
Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance
AQF certificate III or equivalent or 3 years relevant experience
Dexterity and an eye for detail
Good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials
Ability to follow all health and safety standards is essential
Salary range $60,000 - $70,000 + superannuation.
