Your role and responsibilities:

  • Collecting, verifying, and documenting both technical and non-technical requirements

  • Determining project scopes

  • Drafting functional specifications and user stories

  • Maintaining product information by updating it with the latest change requests

  • Recognizing risks and problems related to the current and new solutions

  • Identifying business impacts

What we need from you:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar position within the IT industry

  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence

  • Experience working in a collaborative, Agile environment

  • Ability to proactively identify and collect business needs and requirements as well as prioritize tasks related to them

  • Ability to document processes and business requirements

  • Experience communicating and working cross-functionally with various teams and specialists within an organization

  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

  • Very good English skills.
