BRAND AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER | €55,000 ANNUALLY | REMOTE

As the Brand & Comms Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Team and responsible for the development and implementation of the our brand and communications strategy. You are an experienced, proficient communicator in English and German and excited about brand development for B2B tech companies. You bring along a few years of experience, ideally for international companies, and know how to manage media relations, PR, internal comms and any other stakeholder communications. You are able to manage agencies and freelancers efficiently. As a creative and innovative marketer, you’ll simply make us look good!

• Lead all brand and reputational activities for MOSTLY AI - enhancing our brand image as the leading synthetic data provider and increasing our brand awareness

• Develop and execute thought leadership programmes

• Develop a PR and media relations strategy and draft compelling press material

• Extend MOSTLY AI’s media relations and build trusted relationships with journalists

• Drive the company-wide internal communication

• Draft, maintain and ensure consistency in all communication material such as company presentations, company profiles, and key messages

• Develop and execute an effective employer branding strategy that attracts new talent successfully (in collaboration with HR)

• Manage agencies and freelance resources efficiently

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, branding, or related field

• 4-6 years of brand and communications/PR experience

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (and ideally German)

• An editorial eye for detail

• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines

• Experience in managing all communications aspect of a brand

• Experience developing relevant, targeted content

• Advanced presentation skills

• Experience dealing with a variety of stakeholders across the business - from investors to senior management and employees
