Are you motivated to help us change the world of medical communication? Then we are looking for you as Agile Coach/Scrum Master. We plan the development periods of our products and implement them in agile working methods according to Scrum. As an Agile Coach/Scrum Master, you will work closely with our technical founder as part of a cross-functional team and will be responsible for coordinating and improving the agile ways of working in the teams.
Together with our technical founder, you establish and improve agile project management according to Scrum to quickly implement our product vision on the market.
You support our agile teams in working independently and self-organized in sprint cycles.
You are responsible for product backlogs so that you can identify and remove obstacles for the team at an early stage.
You ensure transparency about the progress of the teams' results in the company.
You moderate the distribution of resources within the agile teams.
You have 1-2 years of practical experience in the role of Agile Coach / Scrum Master.
You have successfully completed a degree with a technical and/or business focus.
You are confident in using project management tools (e.g. Jira or Click-Up).
You proactively identify obstacles and conflicts and clear them out of the way in a solution-oriented manner with strong communication skills.
You are business fluent in English (German is a plus).
Ideally, you are certified as a Scrum Master.
