You will:

  • Enable organizational agility by creating the conditions and alignment for change

  • Develop and build strategies for transformation

  • Building effective processes within product development teams and product culture in the company

  • Train teams in using Agile approaches and practices to organize internal work and cross-team interaction

  • Train cross functional teams to define and understand their Products and associated Value Streams

  • Establish collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams and the organization to help them in their journey of adopting agile methodology

  • Ensure that new teams are supported through formation

The ideal candidate has:

  • University degree with a focus on information technology

  • Several years of professional experience as Scrum Master / agile coach in a scaled environment

  • Experience facilitating, training,mentoring and coaching teams and Product Owners

  • Demonstrating deep knowledge in common Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Experience with agile scaling frameworks (e.g. LeSS, Nexus, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, KANBAN Flight Levels) as well as agile organizational structures (e.g. Spotify)

  • Excellent team player with a high degree of independence and initiative

  • Good presentation, moderation and communication skills

  • Upper-Intermediate English
