SOFTWARE DOCUMENTATION WRITER | REMOTE

We’re looking for an enthusiast Software Documentation Specialist/Analyst to join our team and to be fully responsible for writing and organizing documents, specification files, manuals, and any other documentation - ranging from our guidelines and workflows to technical documents from our main applications. Your core tasks will include: writing concise and clear documents, including product specifications and “how-to’s” for both external and internal use; staying up-to-date with new features and proactively updating internal specification files and guides; creating and maintaining an organizational system for handling outdated and new files; using the aforementioned organizational system to avoid the creation of duplicates and unnecessary files; providing assistance to other teams during the specification of new features; working with all teams to receive feedback and update documents accordingly.
