You will be directly in charge of complete lifetime recruiting for director and VP-level jobs in your capacity as the executive recruiter. Additionally, if required, you will work with outside search partners to plan and direct executive-level searches. In all facets of an executive search, including research, candidate generation and development, competency-based selection, intricate offer negotiations, and executive partners, you will be a specialist. You will excel in influencing corporate leaders and executive talent to make wise judgments. You'll be required to think strategically and put those plans into practice in order to attract, evaluate, and close elite talent on a worldwide scale.
