The Customer Care team's objective is to assist our users by providing both manual and automated support. To reach high levels of client satisfaction, we continue to concentrate on providing individualized, top-notch help in a timely manner. We are therefore looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team who is enthusiastic about offering top-notch care to our clients. You'll assist users in their regular platform use and act as a liaison between our users and the product team.
