  • Monitor and respond to candidate inquiries and reviews on social media channels, maintaining a positive employer brand image.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for recruitment campaigns and social media platforms.

Recruitment Strategy and Analysis

  •  Optimize job postings and recruitment campaigns to improve search engine rankings and increase visibility to target audiences.

  •  Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our recruitment practices are competitive and innovative.

Candidate Relationship Management

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and personalized communication throughout the recruitment process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

  • Support the Recruitment team with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting background checks.

  • Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and ensuring they are optimized for search engines.

Recruitment Event Coordination

  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, such as job fairs and career expos, and represent the organization in a professional manner.

Compliance and Legal Requirements

  • Stay informed about legal requirements and best practices in recruitment, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
