As the company's initial point of contact, your main duty as a receptionist is to handle callers and internet questions in a pleasant and professional manner. To guarantee that all incoming communications are handled quickly and effectively and that clients, customers, and other stakeholders have a great experience, you will operate remotely.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls or emails.
Handle internal and external communications.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily emails.
Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Maintain and update contact databases and other relevant records.
Effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneouslt, prioritizing as needed.
Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.
Proven work experience as a Virtual Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in English is a must.
Solid written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Willingness to work on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) schedule.
Own a Laptop or Desktop with 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above, and Microsoft Office. Plus, a reliable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps).
