For the position of Senior Manager, Field Marketing, we are seeking a strategic thinker who can convert organizational objectives into experiences that our clients will remember. In addition to creating thorough plans for new business prospects through demand-generation efforts, this high-visibility function is in charge of cultivating meaningful relationships with our target audiences.
Lead field marketing strategies and initiatives focused on driving demand, ensuring alignment with Land Sales Strategy.
Drive thoughtful evergreen and account-based programs for prospecting, including Webinars, Executive Networking, 3rd Party Programs, Meeting Maker Programs, and Private Equity activations.
Lead a team to execute account-based approaches, plans, and deliverables for priority target accounts.
Drive the Private Equity channel strategy and execution through PE partners to land portfolio companies.
Accountable for generating qualified opportunities through field marketing initiatives.
Serve as the trusted main point of contact for Sales Land leadership to drive contacts, engagement, and conversions, and bridging the feedback loop between sales and marketing.
Own performance reporting against objectives for each program type and inform continuous improvement and optimization of programming
Experienced people manager with a strong background in leading Field Marketing functions to drive top-of-funnel and quality opportunity conversion
Proven history of scaling meaningful, impactful metrics-driven outcomes through field marketing acquisition programs
Background leveraging a variety of field marketing and ABM tactics to achieve targets
Strategic thinker with expertise in building marketing plans and achieving desired quantifiable outcomes
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
