The chosen applicant will have to help with crop production, soil management, irrigation system maintenance, and equipment upkeep, among other management and maintenance tasks related to agriculture. This position is a stimulating chance to gain practical experience in a fast-paced farming setting and help promote sustainable farming methods.
· Assembling machines and equipment
· Inspecting machinery to determine any problems or malfunctions with the device
· Regular maintenance of the machinery and equipment
· Repairing the equipment
· Testing the equipment once repaired to ensure proper performance
· Ensuring health and safety standards are met
· Maintaining records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology or equivalent
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
· Strong mechanical aptitude
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Valid driver’s license
Annual salary offer range from 70,000 - 95,000 commensurate with experience.
