Establish positive, collaborative, & lasting relationships with all members of the HBX team, customers, key suppliers & partners
Collaborate with the GM, Head of food & Area Chef (where applicable) on the evolution & implementation of any changes to the kitchen, including set-up, compliance, & menu changes
Lead your kitchen team & prioritise training, coaching, & mentoring to ensure that each of our kitchen legends has the competence, confidence, & charisma to be successful in their roles & exceed kitchen goals & standards. This especially includes all new starters as well as established team members
Collaborate with the GM to optimise the kitchen Employee Experience (EX), training & seamless succession planning

Product:
Continually seek opportunities to innovate & evolve our kitchen offering to ensure the success, profitability & profile of the restaurant & our brand
Collaborate with the GM to optimise dry performance & profitability
Ensure inventory is ordered, managed, & stored correctly
Enforce safety standards & compliance requirements
