To oversee and mentor our software development team, we are looking for a Scrum Master. You'll be the one we turn to when we need to use scrum to accomplish excellent work. Timeline management, problem solving, and Agile methodology coaching are all part of the responsibilities of a scrum master. In the long run, you'll contribute to the development of agile, self-organizing teams.
Scrum Master experience and skills You should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. You’ll also need to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mindset on deliverables. If you’re a strong communicator, a capable leader, and invested in Agile frameworks, we’d like to meet you.
Experience in a Scrum Master role
Familiarity with software development
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar seeking field
Scrum master certification is a plus
