You have a bias towards action and crave lots of responsibility and ownership, which will include:
Partnering with FP&A, Treasury, and Accounting plus other areas outside Finance to understand their processes and eliminate manual processes.
Creating and automate reports and dashboards for the finance team to improve our teams efficiency on what matters most.
Owning and centralize the tracking of all of our Finance KPIs and modeling inputs. Help our finance leaders understand the major shifts and trends in our business.
Becoming an expert in our business and help us split and understand our performance of our unit economics, and performance by product, client, business unit, and other important dimensions.
Integrating data and forecasts to generate and update a composite outlook of financial outcomes.
Partnering with our data team to design and integrate pipelines and connect different data sources to enable our financial operations speed.
Owning data lifecycle, standardization, nomenclature and documentation (i.e. data hygiene)
Experience working in an analytical role involving ingestion, transformation, and/or analyzing datasets
SQL proficiency and experience with data visualization tools (Power Bi, Tableau, Looker, etc)
Solid financial and accounting concepts and mathematical finance
English proficiency
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret significant amounts of information accurately
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to translate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
