VIRTUAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT | REMOTE

Our administrative VA will oversee and support execution of various digital tasks essential to running our eCommerce business, write documents and emails, and be trained to execute digital marketing tasks such as email marketing. If you are a quick learner, thrive on being self-driven, this may be a fantastic fit.

1. Submit a daily progress report, detailing completed and ongoing tasks.

2. Make sure emails are written, built and scheduled according to proper timelines.

3. Sales and site management for eCommerce stores.

4. Keep websites and databases up to date and current.

5. Support projects with developers, designers, and marketers.

6. Provide support in inventory management when needed, and planning for certain sales promotions.

7. Oversee comments on Facebook and Instagram posts and comments.

8. Schedule social media posts using software (down the line).

9. Communicate with clients or stakeholders when needed.

10. Learn how to use marketing technologies that are critical to serving our clients online.

11. Build SOPs in ClickUp based on critical tasks

12. Fill in business gaps as needed.

Tools we use:

• Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc

• Gmail and other email applications

• Google Docs

• Google Sheets

• Google Slides

• Google Calendar

• Slack

• ClickUp Project management software (we will train you, too)

• Time management or time tracking software

We’d ask for our VA to be

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Conversant or can at least navigate around Slack, Click Up, AirTable, Klaviyo, Loom, Shopify, and the Google Suite

• Adept at community management on Facebook and Instagram

• Able to learn how to use new software on the fly.

• A fast learner

• Pays close attention to detail

• Follows instructions to the letter, but also can go beyond instructions to accomplish the goal at hand

• Positive/can-do attitude

• An Email Marketing Softwar (like Klaviyo)

• Airtable database software

• Shopify management

• To be a strong writer (at a minimum: business emails without grammar errors)

• Project management ability

• Experience and ease in learning new marketing software (of course, you are paid for your time to learn these tools)
