Answering client calls and emails.
Basic editing of videos
Posting on social media
Help clients with bookings and services in different channels.
Support the CEO of the company with daily tasks.
1+ years of experience in customer service/marketing.
Social Media Savy (TikTok, Instagram frequent user), be aware of the new trends brands are using in digital marketing.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Problem-solver and proactiveness
Creative
Superb customer service skills.
Availability to work one day during the weekend (this is a 5 days per week job).
Basic video-editing knowledge or willingness to learn.
Currently living in Mexico (availability to work in PST time zone)
15-minute Initial Call
20-minute take-home skills test
30-minute Call with Recruiter (project, benefits etc.)
Interviews directly with the client (depending on the project the # of interviews may vary, this may include a code assessment)
Final Offer
