As a virtual assistant, you will support our Operations team in all organizational and administrative matters. Your main task is project controlling. You check the timing, scope and progress of all projects. This gives you an insight into all departments of a modern technology company. You will also keep minutes of meetings, carry out various analyzes and research and create guidelines and documentation.
Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar education
3+ years working experience in a fast paced environment in a similar position
You are highly motivated, enjoy working independently and feel comfortable in a dynamic, service-oriented environment
Detail-oriented and reliable way of working
Organizational talent (networked thinking)
Very good English skills, German is an advantage
