3+ years of experience in creating high-quality video ads;

Interest in social media, being on top of trends on Instagram, TikTok and other platforms;

Good understanding of how conversions work and could be optimized;

Proven experience in strategizing and improving video ads performance;

Ability to understand different marketing strategies and choose the best marketing angles for specific campaigns;

Ability to clearly communicate expectations and provide constructive feedback;

To stay up to date with innovations in the world of video ad sales.
