Description
- Validate and characterize of RF Integrated Circuits those are used in Base Station units, Adaptive Antenna System (AAS) applications, 5G mmWave TX/RX, and SATCOM system
- Develop bench automation software using NI LabView, Python or similar language, to automate lab equipment
- Design RF Evaluation/Reference board for IC product including base-station sub-6Ghz and mmWave devices
- You will work with RFIC Circuit Design Engineers, Application Engineers, ATE Test Engineers, and Product Engineers as functional team from early definition stage to production release.
- Set design validation strategies, develop measurement techniques and generate test-benches for digital timing circuits for major RF blocks of the IC and ensure all the bugs of the IC before they get into production
- Document and present your validation and characterization report to functional team and helping to identify issues early
• 0-3 years of experience with test automation software, such as Labview, Test Stand, Python, or Matlab.
• Experience with RF hardware is a plus.
• The ability to collaborate with different teams (Design, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Application Engineering)
• Experience with digital interfaces SMB/SPMI/QSPI/SPI/UART/I2C is a plus
• Familiar with lab equipment such as RF spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, Vector analyzers, RF signal generators, phase noise analyzers, oscilloscopes, DMM’s, etc.
• Hands-on experience with engineering lab equipment and test techniques required for digital validation.
• Effective communication skills, flexibility, a strong teamwork approach, and the desire to work in a fast-paced aggressive environment are necessary
