Our key objective is to make our products simple to use, and we're presently looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to help us achieve this. You'll work with us to develop, design, and put into action our solutions with effective UX and UI at their core. This position calls for a person with strong technical aptitude, good comprehension, and the capacity to balance user needs, business objectives, and software engineering requirements in a dynamic work environment. We provide relocation assistance (international).
Work as a member of UI/UX Designers team
Work closely with Product Owners and Engineers to enable the best User Experience
Build storyboards to conceptualize designs to accurately convey project plans to clients and senior management
Design User-flows, low- and high-fidelity Wireframes, and overall design architecture
Create and maintain consistent design system and UI components for our products
Conduct usability tests and integrate the feedback into updates and optimizations
Create surveys for research through various media platforms to
gather feedback on user's ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on
company products and propose new product innovations
3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design with a focus on usability
Experience creating storyboards and website mapping
Ability to propose user flows and discuss technical requirements with software engineers
Proficient with visual design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, Balsamiq and others
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces for clients
Continued education and research into UX and UI trends and current design strategy and technologies
Professional written and interpersonal skills in English when communicating with customers and clients
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under minimal supervision
