UX RESEARCHER IN PARIS, RELOCATE TO FRANCE WITH WORK VISA SPONSORSHIP

We are looking for a UX researcher to join our Research team. We see research as an essential element in the product development process, from ideation to design evaluation and product release quality. Your role will be to help the product teams to develop their own research practice, by operationalizing processes, capabilities and tool stack. You will also be conducting research projects directly (usability testing, interviews, ...). You will be directly reporting to a Senior UX Researcher.

Your Responsibilities
 
  • Support the product teams with research operations and facilities to enable them to conduct their own research via strong processes & tool stack

  • Collaborate with a senior UX Researcher on large-scale research studies

  • Conduct research projects - from problem definition, recruiting, planning and conducting interviews and user tests, to analyzing insights and communicating them to the Product Team

  • Build & be responsible for the growth of our internal users pool

  • Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through the foundation of a user-friendly research repository

Your Qualifications
 
  • You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with user research activities, on a wide range of quantitative & qualitative research methods

  • You have strong organizational and project management skills as well as experience leading multiple projects simultaneously

  • You have experience working with multiple stakeholders, ideally product teams

  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others

  • You are organized, results-driven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment

  • You are fluent in English, written and spoken

  • Nice to haves: Experience supporting operations of UX/UX Research teams, Experience working on international research projects
