Provide hands-on training to spa staff on proper techniques for performing hammam treatments, ensuring consistency and quality of service.
Perform Hammam, massage and spa treatments for customers.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa facility.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the spa remains competitive.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure team members are knowledgeable and motivated.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to the management team on operational issues, customer service, and business growth strategies.
Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role.
Extensive experience in the spa industry, with a focus on hammam treatments and wellness services.
In-depth knowledge of hammam rituals, including treatment protocols, product selection, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
