 Responsibilities
 👉 Support the founders - work closely with the founders to handle day-to-day tasks and create new processes to scale where required
 👉 Accounting and legals - handle relationships with service providers and manage ongoing accounting and legal tasks
 👉 Hiring and employee onboarding - handle relationships with recruiters and create a smooth interviewing → onboarding process for new employees
 👉 Company offsites and travel - plan and manage regular company offsites around the globe for all employees
 👉 Business development - engage with stakeholders (supply and demand-side participants in the Gensyn network) and handle relationships
 
 Minimum requirements
 ✅ Startup experience - experience working in an early-stage high-growth startup in a transition phase (e.g. Seed → Series A)
 ✅ Full-remote experience - previously worked in a fully remote environment over multiple timezones
 ✅ International hiring experience - previously created hiring and employee onboarding processes for international candidates working remotely
 ✅ Very high autonomy - able to work in a high entropy environment with minimal guidance required
 
 Nice to haves
 🔥 Founding experience - previously founded or co-founded a startup
 🔥 Web3 experience - previously worked for a layer-1 protocol
 🔥 Technical background - previous experience in computer science & ability to code
