We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to help our clients at the enterprise level. You will assist our clients with the installation of apps and programs and identify and fix hardware and software issues. We would like to meet you if you are a naturally helpful person who enjoys helping others with computer problems and who can communicate technical specifics.
Responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems, and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot fundamental technical issues
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., Zendesk)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field
Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies is a plus
