In order to effectively support our clients' needs, we are looking for a highly motivated and meticulous Vendor Manager to oversee all aspects of vendor relationships, contract negotiations, marketing material acquisition, and certification management. A key responsibility of the Vendor Manager will be to ensure that vendors operate efficiently, secure favorable contract terms, maintain fruitful partnerships, and acquire discount tiers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Regularly assess vendor performance and address any concerns or areas for improvement.
Contract Negotiation and Management
Lead contract negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing for products and services.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and alignment with business objectives.
Continuously evaluate contract terms and seek opportunities for cost optimization and value enhancement.
Marketing Material Acquisition and MDF Management
Coordinate with vendors to obtain marketing materials and Market Development Funds (MDF) for promotional activities and events.
Work closely with the marketing team to leverage vendor resources effectively and enhance brand visibility.
Monitor MDF utilization and ensure compliance with vendor guidelines and reporting requirements.
Certification Management
Identify certification requirements necessary to maintain partnership levels and discount tiers with vendors.
Develop and execute certification strategies to meet partnership criteria and enhance technical expertise.
Track certification deadlines, renewal schedules, and training opportunities to ensure ongoing compliance and proficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement within the technology industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favorable outcomes and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and contract management software.
Experience working at a managed services provider would be a big plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity, Certified Purchasing Manager) are a plus.

Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday.
Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants)
Compensation
Pay rate starts at $8.00/hr to $11.00/hr and vary by experience and location.
