For a three-month contract with the possibility of an extension, we are looking for a committed Data Annotator to join our Machine Learning team. You will have a significant impact on the development of our customer support chatbot and machine learning technologies in this position.
Engage in the detailed analysis and annotation of customer service datasets to produce high-quality data that serves as the foundation for model evaluation and training
Collaborate with the Machine Learning team to enhance our AI models and transcription tools
Independently ensure the precision and quality of annotated data with an unwavering commitment to detail
Strong proficiency in English, with exceptional skills in transcription, annotation, and summarization. Speaking more than one language is a plus
The ability to discern and document linguistic nuances in short audio samples
A zeal for understanding and participating in AI-driven transcription processes
The capacity to work diligently and efficiently in a remote and dynamic environment
