An integrated marketing manager is needed to oversee ground-breaking initiatives that cover the whole marketing funnel from demand to brand. The selected applicant will be a complete funnel integrated campaign manager and report to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing. They will also have a solid background in developing and developing GTM strategies.
Manage the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to support brand strategy and build brand relevance through integrated marketing campaigns, programs, and tentpole moments that drive results at each stage of the marketing funnel
Manage Marketing brief development, campaign planning, go-to-market planning, and oversight of execution / implementation
Manage daily integrated marketing responsibilities, including top of week reporting, building and maintaining integrated marketing calendars, leading the development of integrated channel plans, and cascading go-live dates and shifts to timing to cross-functional teams in a timely manner
Lead post-campaign reporting, creating scorecards and cross-functional KPI reports to provide insights and learnings that help inform future strategies and marketing plans
Partner with cross functional teams from various disciplines (eg. PR, social, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, paid media, analytics) to help execute channel strategy, activations, product integration and other strategies
Create alignment with key internal partners through consistent communication, and development of program playbooks that will help extend the brand message among both internal and external partners
Partner with the brand & creative teams to deliver on the brand’s creative ambition
Be an evangelist for the Upwork brand mission – understand and champion how our brand connects to campaigns
Understand, utilize and integrate consumer and industry research to maximize impact when designing campaigns
Collaborate with performance marketing and content teams, to deliver programs that create demand and accelerate company growth
Manage cross-functional initiatives, bringing clarity and energy to every workstream
5+ years experience combined between marketing/brand agency and/or technology industry required, integrated marketing or comms strategy experience preferred
Experienced at writing strategic briefs, and working closely with creative teams to ensure work is delivering against the brief
Forward-thinking, analytical and problem-solving mindset; experience in navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Track record of successful go-to-market launches driving business success through Marketing
An ability to build and foster positive working relationships with cross-functional marketing teams
Extremely organized and adept at creating and sticking to timelines and driving best practices around process
Detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through
Proficient in Google Workspace, & Slack
Understanding of how to leverage data, analytics, insights and metrics to propel brand strategy and execute compelling marketing programs that deliver measurable impact
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, cultivator of strong cross-functional relationships
