Are you a passionate and qualified Millwright? Do you have experience and affinity with measurement and control systems? Are you willing to relocate to the Netherlands? As a Technician E&I, you work together with other electricians under the guidance of a chief mechanic. One time you work on a new project and the other time you do maintenance on existing installations. In addition, you like to solve problems. You are the one who gets a call when there is a malfunction that no one can get out of. You are a real expert, the last resort. You investigate where a malfunction comes from and fix it. You do this for our customers in the Food, Oil, and Gas, Energy, and Chemistry sectors. You are part of a team of 55 colleagues. Together you are specialists in the field of engineering, ATEX, and E&I assembly. We offer you a chance to relocate to the Netherlands with good support in housing, visa applications, (health) insurance and other important matters that come with the relocation.
Monitor assigned priorities and monitor the achievement of objectives;
Performing functional testing or commissioning at locations, in accordance with the guidelines drawn up for this purpose;
Analyzing installations in order to make a plan for repair/maintenance; detecting, locating and resolving the malfunction;
Independently remedying and solving malfunctions of the installations by means of, among other things, replacing parts, correcting settings and repairing parts, all this in consultation with the client;
Assembly, installation and adjustment of various equipment of the installations.
2-5+ years of experience as a Millwright and/or E&I Technician;
Knowledge, experience and affinity with measurement and control systems;
Being able to work under time pressure and in a team;
Fluent in Afrikaans and willing to learn the Dutch language;
Willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
