As our first Technical Account Manager, you are our enterprise customers' trusted advisor and a critical part of the customer success team. As our eyes and ears in the field, you will find new use cases and help our customers solve their most pressing problems. You will be a highly visible technical and product expert in our offerings, learning and knowing how to work with and leverage our latest solutions. Outcomes of this role will be contributing to the growth team objectives of new crypto tax users and portfolio subscribers through strategic partnerships.
Serve as the lead technical point of contact for enterprise partners as they integrate with CoinTracker
Work with clients to answer their technical product or integration questions. When technical issues arise, you’ll leverage internal tools, teams, and resources to ensure customers meet their development and integration milestones
Support clients as they test, pilot, and launch CoinTracker integrations
Collaborate with our internal engineering, design, product, and partnership teams to inform the product roadmap
Manage and oversee all support issues with strategic partners
Supervise all release management and change management processes to ensure protection from any disruptions
Conduct regular meetings to review outstanding issues, key metrics, and adherence to SLAs and manage escalations internally
Enjoy building relationships with external partners and ensuring their success
Thrive on collaborating cross-functionally between technical and non-technical teams
Work effectively in a remote setting and are able to overlap with our core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM PT
Strong product sense and energized by the challenge of solving difficult user related problems
Customer-first attitude with a strong sense of empathy
A background in engineering, computer science, physics, math, or another technical field
Experience writing code for a production system
Excellent knowledge of web services, APIs, and related standards such as HTTP, REST, and OAuth
Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup
