TANKER SHIPS OPERATOR, IN CALGARY | RELOCATE TO CANADA WITH WORK VISA SPONSORSHIP

In this position, you will ensure proper operations of TC vessels and maximize performance – time charter equivalent (TCE), following global standards and international regulations at all times. This position is based in our Calgary office and is eligible for our relocation program.

• 2 – 5 years’ office experience in Oil Tanker operations

• Preferably Master’s Diploma A or B Class

• Sea experience in Oil Tankers preferable

• Strong business acumen and commercial approach

• Ability to work in a multinational challenging, fast paced, high pressure environment

• Ability to speak/write English fluent

• High IT system literacy

• Undertake voyage planning to meet international regulations and respond to vessel issues

• Handle bunker optimization

• Review stowage planning

• Coordinate Agency appointments

• Provide Voyage Orders to vessels

• Monitor vessel performance during voyages i.e. speed and consumption, and manage tank cleaning optimization

• Handle questionnaires, certificates, LOI’s and all relevant supporting docs
