We are searching for a talent acquisition specialist who will be in charge of full-cycle hiring and work with IT, digital marketing, and administrative positions as our company continues to expand and develop.
Management of vacancies, both as full-stack recruiter and in cooperation with a researcher
Building partnerships with hiring managers and helping them make effective candidate decisions
Participation in company projects for improving recruitment processes
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in IT companies
Knowledge and experience of the basic techniques of conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
Experience working with Senior level vacancies and above
English - Upper Intermediate, ability to conduct interview in English
