You will resolve problems and spot patterns in this customer-facing role to improve the product's direction. You must have the desire to conquer the day when you awaken each morning. You will help deliver outstanding client experiences, support operations, and work entirely remotely in this full-time position.
Product expert: you will be an expert on our product and will be helping guide our users through any troubleshooting & setup as needed.
As product experts, you will work directly with the product team to help shape the future of the product by providing feedback from our customers.
Dispatching & live operations: you will be the bridge between providers and merchants during peak business hours.
Standardize processes and document them: you will look for patterns and find ways to standardize across the board while maintaining flexibility.
Develop and iterate on fast-changing internal processes as Nash grows and expands in multiple verticals.
Work with the Customer Success team to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for all of our customers.
Take an active role in continuously improving our best practices and SOPs.
Appropriately escalate issues.
Communication: you will be responsible for keeping up to date with internal and external situations that arise when you are offline.
Be a team player: we are a 24/7 Support team with teammates across the globe. You will be responsible for building relationships within the team and helping build our culture.
Take on ad-hoc projects as needed.
3+ years of customer-facing experience
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Empathy, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to work effectively with a team
Ability to document processes and identify areas for improvement
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Time-management skills
Ability to find the positive in any situation
Insight and knowledge of the on-demand delivery industry
Prior experience with startups or at high-growth technology companies
Experience implementing and/or working with Slack, Salesforce, Aircall, or similar tools
