Responsible for receiving and labeling incoming goods
Picking, inventory and stock checking
Proper storage and in-plant transportation of goods
Completion of warehouse documents
Shipping preparation and packing of outgoing goods nationally and internationally
Quality control
Application of warehousing systems (EDP)
Preparation of all commercial and transport documents (delivery bills, invoices, certificates of origin and supplier's declarations)
Obtaining and follow-up of long-term supplier declarations
Ordering of packaging and transport material
Procurement of mechanical and electronic components and assemblies for production and development projects
Ordering of services and procurement of indirect materials (spare parts, tools and various consumables, equipment of employee workplaces)
Preparation of requests for quotations, tracking of orders, clarification of invoice discrepancies and handling of complaints (missing parts, delivery delays and quality defects)
Master data maintenance of materials and suppliers
Responsibility for cost and quality targets
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Attention to detail
Fluent in English and German
