As Supply Chain Assistant you will be contributing to further building the Supply Chain function for our multi-hundred million Euro business. You will support our Supply Chain category teams in day-to-day SCM operations; perform important tasks for the entire category (portfolio of suppliers) and help them build strategic relationships with our global supplier base and international offices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
track and ensure the timely recipient of goods to our international warehouses, towards securing 100% availability of our inspiring products
coordinate with our supplier base and international offices to stay up to date in supplier documentation, delivery times and order payments
assist in the improvement of tools & processes for Supply Order Management and supplier compliance, given the current worldwide Supply Chain challenges, together with the Senior Supply Chain team
YOU COME WITH
bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar, with a focus on Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
ability to thrive in a high growth, entrepreneurial and ambiguous environment
strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a “hands-on” attitude and the ability to focus both on detail and fast execution
good skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
strong communication skills and ability to clearly communicate with different stakeholders
fluency in English
