Developing solutions for sustainable future supply chains for all 11 countries of the ALDI SOUTH Group as part of our team

Working in multi-national project teams to understand the business requirements of an internal client organisation

Identifying data requirements and necessary supporting analyses, as well as defining suitable strategies and solutions

Working with data from a number of sources in an efficient manner and format for analysis

Analysing current and future warehouse processes, order data and material flows for the development of the intralogistics solution

Participating in process optimisation, implementation and transition, and providing start-up support

Supporting the sourcing of suitable logistics services and MHE of technology providers, as well as evaluating providers and performing unbiased evaluations of total costs and benefits

University degree/completed education at Matura level (A-Levels) in the field of logistics, supply chain management, automation technology and/or mechanical/industrial engineering

1-2 years of relevant supply chain experience (consulting, technical planning, warehousing, IT and operational excellence)

Knowledge of retail warehouse processes

Solution-oriented, independent and accurate way of working

Analytical and logical way of thinking with a strong passion for numbers and data

Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, and ideally experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau)

Ability to adapt to a changing environment with a “can do” attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset

Fluency in English and German, excellent written/verbal communication skills

Willingness to undertake international travel (max. 10–15% of working time)
