As a key contributor on the corporate strategy team, the Strategy Manager will need to have strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support strategy development with the ability to present complex problems and solutions clearly to an executive audience.
Support the development of long-term organizational strategy & maintenance of strategic artifacts; drive alignment across business
Conduct market research and analyses including trends and competition; identify threats and opportunities
Partner with key business leaders on strategies for new product offerings including pricing, market positioning, opportunity size
Support corporate development initiatives through assistance with growth synergy development during deal diligence and business plan development and execution following strategic acquisitions
Manage integrations and support company-wide change management following strategic acquisitions
Present complex problems, analytically driven findings & recommendations to executive audience to guide decision making process
Plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects; transition projects into business where appropriate
We are looking for someone with:
Well-rounded skill set with strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to approach problems with a dynamic mindset
Detail-oriented, efficient, organized, resourceful, and highly productive while applying higher level context
Deep interest in healthcare (healthcare background helpful but not necessary)
Ability to operate autonomously with minimal guidance
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate cross functionally
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Proactive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to manage multiple projects and business stakeholders at the same time; comfortable operating in a flexible, fast-paced work environment
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and the Google Suite
