Our diverse and dynamic Africa team is expanding and is searching for talented individuals who are passionate about making change happen by solving real-world problems, with real-world solutions. As a Strategy Analyst, you will take on challenges to develop transformational strategies and implement the new technologies. In this role, you will be working alongside the Strategy Associates and Manager to deliver high-quality strategy outputs.
Your mission
Manage workstreams and own deliverables within agreed timelines
Collaborate in a team of two or three consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of your workstream
Analyze information, test hypotheses, and present recommendations to internal and external clients
Work on a variety of client engagements, exploring all the areas of our business.
Requirements
Your expertise
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 year of experience in a top-performing strategy team with relevant consulting experience
The ability to work creatively and analytically in a team-oriented, problem-solving environment
Flexible and willing to work on different projects
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a cross-cultural environment
Proven experience in a fast-paced environment
Expressed interest in technology, and private sector solutions to development
Solid grasp of content creation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Miro, etc.) and business intelligence and collaboration tools
Experience working in Africa, preferably Nairobi
Strong personal values including the desire to drive impact
Also, have a strong understanding of the African tech ecosystem.
