You will be given ample responsibility and be asked to independently drive high-profile projects to a successful outcome. Those projects ranges from fundraising or internal cross-functional topics.  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take full ownership for a project (or multiple smaller projects) which would typically last for several 3-6 months.

  • Prepare project plan, communicate with key stakeholders and execute

  • Be in very close contact with the senior leadership to continuously gather input and help them make the right decisions

Requirements

  • Is a top performing individual with 1-4 years of working experience

  • Has worked in a fast paced, high profile organization such as consulting or investment banking, but would like to test the waters of startup; and is passionate about it

  • Can work independently with minimal supervision and high level of proactivity

  • Is an excellent number cruncher and highly skilled in PowerPoint

  • Has excellent communication skills - perfect verbal and written English

  • Has a can-do attitude

  • Is a hard-working and a driven person

  • Has a positive attitude and likes to have fun, laughs a lot while getting things done
