SOUS CHEF IN OXFORDSHIRE | £28,000- £32,000 ANNUALLY | RELOCATE TO THE UK WITH WORK VISA SPONSORSHIP

· Ensure stock levels are correct to minimize food wastage
 

· Manage the overall kitchen performance when the Head Chef is not around
 

· Help develop the skill set of Junior Chefs
 

· Follow health and safety procedures
 

· Supervise food preparation in accordance with company expectations
 

· Monitor staff performance and report issues to the Head Chef/General Manager

· A minimum of 2 years of experience is required
 

· Formal qualifications would be advantageous
 

· Passion for food and the hospitality industry
 

· Excellent communication skills
 

· Good leadership skills
