Strong leader that enjoys motivating and leading teams
Full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions
Financially savvy
Experienced with menu development
Passionate about quality food
Has a high-volume and fine dining background
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the kitchen
French, Italian, Greek or Latin cuisine experience
Luxury 5-star resort or hotel experience is an asset
Diploma/Certification in a culinary discipline an asset
Ability to work well in a high volume fast paced environment
The Package:
Base salary + accommodation allowance
Relocation package offered to candidate only
You will need a work permit to be able to work in the Caribbean. The company will assist you with this process however please note that you will need to provide a criminal record / background check, notarised copies of your passport and certificates / qualifications as well as a reference letter from a previous employer.
