We're looking to recruit a Senior Software Project Manager who will use their technical knowledge to help plan, carry out, and wrap up projects for developing custom software so that every client is completely satisfied. Remote Work Model: Freedom to be based anywhere in the world.
Manage software development from beginning to end using Agile methods, usually with several clients at a time
Define project scope, goals and deliverables to support client business needs in collaboration with management and all stakeholders
Create project plans, scope documents, roadmaps, and budget forecasts. Provide timely communication on the impact of changes and decisions
Develop communication plans to be agreed upon by all project stakeholders per project
Effectively communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders
Identify, track, mitigate, and report on risks to all stakeholders
Manage the project to the client’s budget, and recommend budget changes when necessary
Build, develop, and grow relationships with clients and team members
Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
6+ years of experience as an software project manager
3+ years of experience leading mobile application development teams
Release management experience
Strong understanding with every step of the SDLC
Agile/Scrum Master experience
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple clients simultaneously
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
Ability to communicate effectively with team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines and cultures
Excellent level of English
