We're seeking a self-driven, self-assured, and creative person to join our expanding Marketing team. Building relationships and trust with current and potential customers online will be the responsibility of this function. When assisting with the online promotion of our services, you will be actively involved in preserving and improving our brand image. This job is for you if you have a passion for social media and the creative ability to develop and implement online campaigns while assisting in the promotion of our services to the community we serve and producing online material for our blog and other pertinent online platforms.
Planning and developing online media campaigns (both paid and organic).
Create engaging copy, imagery and video content to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new services/products.
Community management: Facilitate online conversations with customers and followers.
Posting content/competitions/campaigns across online media accounts
Working closely with our Online Customer Service Team to ensure all queries are responded to.
Establish relationships with online media influencers to develop a strong network.
Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
Set KPIs, analyse and report on campaigns to stakeholders.
Stay up to date with changes on all online platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
Oversee our online media accounts.
Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers/followers.
Bachelor’s degree advantageous; Studies in Marketing or Digital Marketing, Communications or related area preferred.
Experience as a social media manager or a similar role.
Experience with managing budgets, identifying audiences and running paid ads on social media to create brand awareness.
Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organised and able to multitask.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
Excellent Multitasking and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
